What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept PayPal from confirmed addresses. I also accept postal money orders.

How do you ship?

I ship via the USPS using first class mail with delivery confirmation. I generally ship within 2 days of receiving confirmed payment from PayPal.

How much is shipping?

USA/Canada: $3 for the first item and $0.25 for each additional item.

International: Shipping is $6.50 for the first item, $.50 each additional item.

I am a local customer. Do I have to pay shipping?

No, my local customers who can pick up their jewelry or who I can deliver to do not have to pay shipping.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is most important to me. Should you need to return something, please let me know so I can be on the look out for it. Returns are accepted within 7 days for items that are in their original condition and unworn.

Do you charge sales tax to Washington State Residents?

Yes, I do have to charge sales tax to all Washington State Residents. As of July 2008, the state changed retail sales tax to a "destination based" sales tax. This means, I have to charge sales tax based on where I ship to within the state. The shopping cart is set up to use the state look up service to look up the correct sales tax for your address/zip code. If you think there has been an error, please contact me. Thanks for your cooperation!

I live outside of the USA. Do I have to pay duty tax?

Yes, duty tax or any other tax is the buyers responsibility.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! :) I am always happy to discuss special orders. Please feel free to contact me and let me know what you are looking for. It is no problem to tell you what beads I have on hand too. :) If you are looking for a specific color/design, I would love to hear about it!

Can you custom fit your ready made bracelets?

If it doesn't involve drastically altering the design, then I may be able to make some adjustments for you if you need something a little smaller or larger.

Any special ordered items will be designed specifically to give you the best fit possible.

Do you wear any of the jewelry you offer for sale?

All jewelry I offer for sale is unworn and brand new.

I am sensitive to animal hair and/or cigarette smoke. Is the jewelry you make exposed to these things?

No, all the jewelry I make is from a pet free and smoke free home.

If I buy beads from a lampwork artist can I send them to you for a custom order?

Yes, I am happy to accept lampwork beads made by Self Representing Artists and make them into a special piece of jewelry for you. Please contact me with a picture of the beads so we can work out a custom order.
