Order Process
Once you have submitted your order, please be sure to let the order go all the way through PayPal and back to the website. If it doesn't follow through back to the website, then the order was not placed. You should get a screen that states the order was submitted with an order#. You should also receive an automatic email confirmation from both the website and PayPal.
I will also send you a personal email confirmation once I have received the order myself. I try to do this the same day the order was placed or the very next morning. If you don't get a personal email confirmation from me within 3 days, please contact me.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal from confirmed addresses. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. For International orders, PayPal will convert the order from USD to your currency. To figure an approximate cost in your currency, click here to use this currency converter.
Shipping
I ship Monday - Wednesday - Friday via the US Postal Service. I hand deliver all packages myself to the post office to ensure safe delivery. I generally ship items within 2 days of receiving PayPal payment except for weekends and holidays.
USA: Shipping is via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. The shipping fee is $3.85 for the first item and $.25 for each additional item.
US Orders over $100 ship free via first class mail.
USA Priority Mail: Shipping via priority mail for US orders is $7.00 for the first item and $.25 each additional item. If you would like your jewelry shipped using Priority Mail, please be sure to select the US Priority Mail shipping during checkout.
Canada: Shipping is via First Class International and is $4.50 for the first item and $.25 for each additional item.
International: Shipping is via First Class International and is $8.00 for the first item and $.25 for each additional item. First Class International mail varies depending on the country/customs but packages generally take from 6 to 14 days to arrive.
Duty Tax
I am not able to ship items as gifts or at a lesser value per US Customs Laws. All Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
All items come gift boxed and ready for gift giving. I use new shipping boxes with extra padding to ensure safe delivery of your jewelry.
Sales Tax
Washington State residents will be charged sales tax based on your zip code. As of 2008, Sales Tax is now destination based. Prior to placing an order, please contact me with your zip code so I can look up the correct sales tax. Thank you!
Return Policy
I take pride in my work and want your experience with me to be the very best. Should you need to return something, please contact me to let me know. Returns are accepted for up to 7 days. All jewelry must be unworn and in it's original condition. Once I receive the return, I will issue a refund minus shipping charges through PayPal.
Photography
I try to photograph each piece of jewelry as close as possible to how it looks to me here in my home. I live where the climate doesn't usually cooperate to do outdoor or natural light photography but I try to when the weather permits. Most of my photos are done using a light tent with professional photography lights. I use a digital camera with a superb macro function which allows for very detailed closeups so some items may appear larger than they do in person. I don't alter my photos other than to crop/resize/remove dust particle/add text. Due to the differences in computer monitors, colors may sometimes appear lighter or darker than they will look in person. Certain gemstones and boro glass can look more muted under regular indoor lighting.
I am always happy to discuss special orders. If you are looking for a specific color/design, I would love to hear about it! If you see something in my gallery sections that you would like, please contact me as some things can be recreated or remade closely to the original. I am also happy to switch out charms on any ready-made piece of jewelry. Contact me to let me know what you have in mind! :)
